Illinois sends the top three finishers in every competitive event at the State Leadership Conference. That is the entire qualification. There is no separate application, no nomination, and no second route.

What it costs
Travel, lodging and registration for the International Leadership Conference are arranged through your chapter. Start with your advisor as soon as results are announced, because June fills quickly.
