The last round of the season. Illinois competitors who place in the top three at the State Leadership Conference go on to compete against the world.

There is one way in
Illinois sends the top three finishers in every competitive event at the State Leadership Conference. That is the entire qualification. There is no separate application, no nomination, and no second route.

Members that place top 3 in one category can attend. They will be allowed to enter NGL-ACT Testing and Recognition Events.
What it costs
Travel, lodging and registration for the International Leadership Conference are arranged through your chapter. ILC Registration is $125/member, $125/Advisor, $125/chaperone Hotels need to be processed through Advisor using the hosa.org/travel link (no outside booking is allowed)
